Zucchini Spaghetti & Meatballs

  • 12 oz. ground beef (30% fat)
  • 4 large zucchinis
  • 2 cups store bought spaghetti sauce (like Prego)


  • Form beef into 1 oz. meatballs. Brown them in a pan until sealed.

  • Pour spaghetti sauce over meatballs, and simmer them for 10 minutes.

  • Using a spiral slicer or sharp knife, cut zucchini into spaghetti. Steam zucchini for 2 minutes.

  • Plate zucchini, and add the meatballs and sauce on top. Serve hot. Yield 4 servings.
