Nutrition Counseling
Healthy eating can feel overwhelming, especially with many conflicting messages about nutrition. There is no one-size-fits-all approach. I believe in tailoring nutrition guidance to your lifestyle- because your needs are unique.
(A minimum of two 1-hour visits are scheduled initially.)
Session 1: Assessment
Together, we review your current eating patterns, health concerns, and goals. We identify both short- and long-term dietary modifications and begin defining specific nutrition problems to address.
Session 2: Follow-Up
We revisit your goals. assess progress, and determine the level of support you need to continue moving toward a sustainable, health-focused eating pattern.
