Ingredients - Serves 2
- 15 oz cooked black beans
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/3 C instant oat
- 1 tbsp canola oil
- Salt & pepper to taste
Preparation
- Preheat oven to 350F (if baking)
- Mash black beans & add garlic powder, onion powder, salt & pepper.
- Add oatmeal & mix well.
- Make 4 equal portions, shape them into thin patties.
- Bake on greased cookie sheet for 7 minutes on each side or fry in a frying pan.
