Ingredients
- 1 piece of whole grain bread (Ezekiel, sprouted bread)
- 1/4 cup low sodium chickpeas
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 tsp Mrs. Dash seasoning
Preparation
- Toast bread
- With a fork, mash chickpeas in a small bowl
- Add lemon juice & seasoning, mix
- Spread chickpea mixture onto toasted bread
