Ingredients
- 12 oz. ground beef (30% fat)
- 4 large zucchinis
- 2 cups store bought spaghetti sauce (like Prego)
Preparation
- Form beef into 1 oz. meatballs. Brown them in a pan until sealed. 
- Pour spaghetti sauce over meatballs, and simmer them for 10 minutes. 
- Using a spiral slicer or sharp knife, cut zucchini into spaghetti. Steam zucchini for 2 minutes. 
- Plate zucchini, and add the meatballs and sauce on top. Serve hot. Yield 4 servings.
