Ingredients - Serves 1
- ½ banana (frozen)
- ½ cup strawberries
- ½ cup plain Greek yogurt
- ½ cup spinach leaves
- 1 tsp flax or chia seeds
- 1 serving protein powder of choice (plain or vanilla flavored works well)
- 4 icecubes
Preparation
- In a blender, mix all ingredients until well blended.
- Using a spoon, scrape the edge of the blender to ensure all of the ingredients are mixed together and no clumps are left.
- Adding the ice makes this smoothie into a frozen beverage, however, it can be made without ice if desired.
